The Secretary Asks

Call the Player Rep with all rules questions.
Call your scores in clearly - (will appear as "0" until rectified).
Fill out the Scoresheet Correctly (Date, Teams, etc).
Please Enter First & Last Names At Least Once.
Call your Scores in by noon on Friday to avoid a 5 point penalty.
Mail in the Scoresheet within one week to avoid a 2 point penalty.

The Etiquette of Darts and Scorekeeping

As a reminder to all of us that love this sport (yes it is a sport!), sometimes good sportsmanship and/or proper etiquette when scoring is temporarily forgotten - maybe we had a bad day and it carries over to our dart match, or perhaps the match is really tight and tensions are high.  Whatever the cause may be please do your best as dart players to keep your dart match in perspective.  While there is certainly nothing wrong with being highly competitive, don't let it turn your disposition sour.  Print out and review The Etiquette of Darts and Scorekeeping for a reminder of the simple rules of good sportsmanship and proper scorekeeping.

Shoot tough, but have fun and be a good sport!


NHDL Board Meeting

The next Board meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2011, in Waterbury CT @ Bitter McClusky's. Start time is 7:00pm. Board meetings are open to members of the NHDL that wish to attend. If you have a specific item to address with the Board, please email the President to have it added to the Agenda of the next open Board meeting in January 2012. Thank you
